The Finances of Long-Term Care
Aging Well series
Many if not most of us will eventually need long-term care. How will we pay for it?
In this online session, you’ll learn how to prepare to meet the financial challenges of long-term care, with suggestions for building a plan that will give you peace of mind.
You’ll also hear from a voice of experience on long-term care insurance — what to look for in a policy, and how to make sure it works for you when it’s time to make a claim.
ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Brian Le is a registered representative and agent at New York Life. In this educational, no-sales presentation, he will share his expertise on how to develop your long-term care strategy, with information on the costs of long-term care, what questions to ask, what you can expect from government programs, and what resources you might be able to draw on.
Stacy Monahan Tucker is an attorney who has seen the long-term care insurance industry from both sides, having represented insurance companies and, more recently, represented policyholders who come into conflict with their insurers. Stacy will bring her wealth of experience to our discussion of how to select and use your long-term care policy.
ACCESSIBILITY NOTES: Closed captions in a variety of languages are available for live Zoom sessions. Captions in English are available for recorded sessions.
