In this online session, join end-of-life planning consultants from KnownWishes.com for an open, honest conversation about what it means to prepare yourself and your loved ones for the inevitable or a health care emergency. As an attendee of this session, you’ll be guided through this end-of-life planning packet and more, outlining the tools, decisions, and discussions that help ensure your values are honored, your affairs are in order, and your loved ones are supported.
