Windcliff Estate Garden Tour With Daniel J. Hinkley

Daniel J. Hinkley has, since he arrived in Washington in the early 1980s, become an icon of gardening and plant collection both nationally and internationally. While he has been rewarded with a number of medals and awards earlier, in 2019 he was honored by the University of Washington for his Asian Maple collection in the Arboretum, where his work has made a profound impact. We will be guided by Hinkley at his own garden on the Windcliff estate.

Please meet at Indianola Country Store (9175 NE Shore Dr, Indianola, WA 98342) at 10:30 am to drive to the tour together. Information will be sent out to registrants, once the Edmonds/Kingston ferry schedule is known, about a meeting place and time for those coming from the Seattle area. If you carpool, please be prepared to provide gas/ferry money to the driver.
