We know many UW retirees have questions at this time of year, so we’ve gathered some helpful resources to assist you in understanding your options.
For those UW retirees who purchase health insurance through the Washington State Health Care Authority, Open enrollment is October 27 through November 24, 2025. Enrollments, changes, and premiums are effective January 1, 2026.
