Student Support

UWRA is proud to support UW graduate and undergraduate students through our endowed scholarships and fellowships.

UWRA’s scholars and fellows are working to improve the world for older adults. Because UWRA selects students who are interested in pursuing research in aging or in preparing for careers related to aging, your support for these students is a long-term investment in the health and well-being of all of us.

Over the past 25 years, UWRA has awarded more than $282,000 to students working in the fields of epidemiology, biochemistry, neurology, psychosocial and community health, biocultural anthropology, biomedical and health informatics, genome sciences, political science, nursing, landscape architecture, law, library and information sciences, comparative history of ideas, public health, pharmacy, public affairs, molecular biology, speech and hearing sciences, rehabilitation medicine, and social work.

What Will You Make Possible?

UWRA’s endowments are the foundation that will fund scholarships and fellowships for students for years to come. Thank you for investing in the future.

Make Your Gift

Your investment in first-generation students like me changes lives beyond what you can imagine.
